  • I offer free inspections

    This can be beneficial if you just bought a guitar and you’re not sure whether it needs work or not.

  • Included in all setups:

    I understand that you may not be able to tell if the setup works for you right away when you pick up your guitar or right after the service.

    Take the guitar home, try it out with your rig in a comfortable place or play it at a show or two to make sure everything’s good.

    If not, bring it back and I’ll make whatever minor adjustments are necessary to make it right.

    Must be brought back within 2 weeks of original service.

    • After two weeks, there will be a labor fee for any service required

    I don’t want my clients to feel like I abandon them after the service.

    Just because I think the guitar should be set up a certain way doesn’t mean that that’s the way you like it.

    My number one priority is to make sure your guitar plays right for you.

  • Do you do finish work?

    • No

    Do you do vintage restorations?

    • No

    Do you appraise guitars?

    • No

    Do you buy guitars?

    • No

    • But if you want to trade-in a guitar for a Sunland Guitar I can give you a trade-in value that can go towards the purchase

    Can I hang out and watch you work?

    • Yes, I prefer it as long as it’s not going to take more than 2 hours

    • You hang also hang out and enjoy free wifi or play my guitars if you don’t want to watch

    Can I drop off my guitar?

    • Yes, but I prefer if you can stick around so I can ask questions to make sure the setup is good for you

    What payments do you accept?

    • CASH

    • Card (4% fee added to prices listed)

    • Apple pay, pay pal, or any tap to pay service (also 4% fee added)

  • It’s hard to answer questions if i can’t see the guitar. I prefer if you stop by so i can see it in person.

    • Please understand that my time is valuable to me and too many people like to waste it by talking on the phone for way too long for free advice.

    • I also don’t like to be interrupted while I’m with a client. It detracts from their quality of service if I have to answer the phone several times while i’m in the middle of a setup.
